Brand Story Popup Analytics

The Analytics section helps you track engagement and performance for your Brand Story Popup. These insights show how visitors interact with your story and how effectively it contributes to sign-ups and sales.

You can track four key metrics:

  • Completion Rate — Percentage of visitors who started your Brand Story Popup and completed all steps.
  • Email Captures — Percentage of visitors who submitted their email after engaging with your story.
  • Conversions — Total number of visitors who completed a purchase after interacting with your popup.
  • Revenue Attribution — Revenue generated from customers who engaged with your Brand Story Popup.

These metrics use unique visitors as the base. Some metrics, like Completion Rate, use ‘unique starters’ (visitors who reached the first step of your story) to reflect engagement more accurately.
