How to Properly Cancel Your Pop Account 🛑

🛠️ How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you’ve decided that a complete break is necessary, you must uninstall the app to stop future billing.

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.


  2. Navigate to the Apps section in the left-hand sidebar.


  3. Locate Sales Pop in your list and click on it,


  4. Once here look at the top of your screen, click the three dots (...) at the top right.


  5. Select Uninstall from the dropdown menu.



Once uninstalled, Shopify will automatically terminate your recurring billing at the end of your current cycle.


⚠️ Important: Disabling is NOT Canceling

Inside the Sales Pop dashboard, you will see a "Disable" button.


  • Disabling simply pauses notifications on your storefront. This is great for a temporary "Visual Reset."



  • Crucial Note: Disabling the app does not cancel your subscription. You will continue to be billed as long as the app remains installed on your Shopify account.
