Limiting sessions for visitors
POP! now allows you to limit the sessions that we can record for individual visitors.
To understand how Sessions are tracked and calculated, please refer to this article: Pops, Views, and Sessions.
From your dashboard, navigate to Rules & Settings, then click on General. Scroll to the bottom to find Unique Sessions per visitor.
If the setting Unlimited sessions per visitor is ON, this means that we will never stop displaying the popup notifications for the customers, even if they re-enter the store multiple times.
If the setting is OFF, it means that you can determine a specific threshold. This will be the number of sessions the customer will be allowed before we stop displaying the popups to them.
Limiting the sessions for customers can be helpful if you're trying to keep a budget and don't want to exceed the sessions available in your monthly subscription.
