Not seeing your Popups?

Let's run a quick checklist to help you figure out why the popups are not being displayed.


a) Do you have recorded Pop Events?

Pop events are such as

  • Products added to cart.
  • Products purchased.
  • Reviews created.
  • Store visits.

These events are recorded in your app as Pop Events. This menu is found in the navigation pane to the left:

Pop Events are needed by the app to display popups on your store. So, if you don't have any recorded, then go ahead and create some by adding products to your cart or making test purchases.

b) Is your app enabled?

The app needs to be enabled for popups to show. To check if it's enabled, look for the switch/toggle in the top right corner of the app:

If the switch is in the off position, turn it on and check if your popups are now showing on your store.

If you're unable to change the status of the switch, then your Session's limit has been exceeded. In that event, you could either:

  1. Upgrade your plan under the "Plan & Pricing" menu.
  2. Purchase additional sessions.
  3. Or wait on the next billing cycle to have your Sessions quota refreshed.

c) Pages are excluded

Make sure you're not accidentally excluding pages or including specific URL paths

d) Your app is enabled, and you have recorded Pop Events but your popups aren't showing on your store?
