Creating Review Popups

So, you've turned on your Reviews? Well, now it's time to import them!

Reviews can be imported by going to the Product Reviews "Edit Rules & Design" view:

In this view, you are also able to add/create reviews manually, and you can integrate Judge.me reviews if you're currently using the Judge.me app to collect reviews on your store.

How to create manual reviews?

This is the first option on the "Edit Rules & Design" view:

Here, you have the option to add the Rating, write the Review content, select the Product you're adding the review for, add the Customer Information and set the Location for that review. The last step to this section is to check the box, to identify that the created review is authentic.

How to import reviews?

This is the second option under the "Edit Rules & Design" view:

All that's needed here is to upload the .csv, .xlsx, .xls file to start populating your store with Review popups. This is helpful in importing reviews from other apps that aren't supported on ours.

The other option here is to download the CSV Template and manually populate it. Once done, have that template uploaded by clicking on the "Upload" button shown in the screenshot, and follow the steps.

Feel free to contact the support team for the review app that you're using, and have them guide you to downloading the reviews in one of our accepted file formats.

How to integrate the Judge.me Product Reviews app?

To integrate your Judge.me reviews to the app, follow the steps shown above. When the token has been added and the integration is successful, it will take up to an hour for the reviews to start showing up on your store. If an hour has passed and you're not seeing any reviews, then feel free to reach out to our support team 🙂!
