Pops, Views, and Sessions

Pops
These are the popup notifications that are displayed in your shop. The popups will describe recent activity and different actions performed by other customers, depending on the features you choose to enable. See the highlighted example below:
There are currently 11 different types of pops you can choose from. And we're working to offer more integrations soon! Navigate to Rules & Settings to select your favorite pops:
Pops can be edited individually and you can find General settings on top of the menu. No coding is required, all changes are a click away!
Sessions
In POP! a session is defined as every time the script is loaded in your shop. The script can be loaded multiple times during one customer visit by opening a new tab or entering the site twice.
Sessions are not measured by the number of pops shown or seen by a customer.
Sessions for each 30-day period can be monitored in the bottom left corner of the dashboard and they are reset every month.

Sessions are not tracked while the app is disabled.

Disabling the app can still incur monthly charges if your subscription remains active. Reach out to our Support Team if you want to cancel or pause your subscription.
Views
Views are defined as every popup notification displayed and that a customer sees while browsing your shop.
Unique views show only the popups that were displayed during one session. Keep in mind that one customer can create multiple sessions during their visit to the shop by opening multiple tabs.
For example:
If Customer A visits shopexample.com
, this will be recorded as 1 Session. The value won't change while they are browsing the store and navigating between pages. However, when Customer A opens a new tab and visits the store there, then this visit would have recorded 2 Sessions so far for Customer A.
