Getting Started

Welcome to POP! An easy to setup Sales & Live Activity Popup builder. Our Pops are used to grab the attention of your store's browsers/visitors and convert them to customers. The app is specially designed for your Shopify store, and shows a variety of popups:

• Add to Carts

• Cart Summary

Pops are shown on all your pages (Home, Product, Collections, and Cart) except for the Checkout page. The app also gives you the power to exclude specific Pops from specific pages.

Onboarding

After installing the app you will be requested to approve charges (N.B. Charges are only applied after your 7 day free trial). Please note that the free plan has a quota of 200 Sessions, and once you exceed this quota you will be moved to a paid plan and billed accordingly (on the free trial, you will be billed at the end of the trial if you exceed the 200 Sessions quota). This is what customers will see on their Shopify dashboard after installing the app:

Once the charges have been approved, the Onboarding starts. If it's your first time using the app, we recommend going through the Onboarding steps to have an understanding of how the app works. On this screen, you will also receive a Welcome message from our Support team, who is ready to answer your questions and assist with your Onboarding 🙂:

When you're ready to start, click the "Start Onboarding" button and follow the steps:

Once you've completed the Onboarding steps, you can reach us at any time by clicking on the chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of your app's dashboard. Get in touch with us if you need any assistance 😊!

Navigating POP!

The menu is found in the panel to the left of the dashboard:

We have taken the time to make our app as straightforward as possible. You can make changes to your Pops at just the click of a button.

• Dashboard - Shows an Overview of your app's performance, latest "Pop events" and Quick Onboarding steps.

• Overview - Shows the number of conversions and revenue for the current month

• Upsell pop has its own Metrics, History, Rules & Settings

• POPS Metrics - Shows a report and charts representing the performance of your Pops. You're able to change the date range to view the data recorded for that period.

• POPS Events - Purchases made on your store, or products added to Cart by your customers are recorded as an Event here. These Events are transformed into Pops and rendered on your store. The Events can be deleted: such as a review or test Event that you don't wish to show.

• POPS Rules and Settings - The different types of Pops are shown and controlled here. They can be turned on/off and their settings can be changed here. You can also change general rules such as the time between each pop, placement, or language.

• Plans & Pricing - View your current plan and upgrade when you're ready.

• Your Monthly Sessions- Shows the number of sessions up to this day for the current month.
