I just installed the app and I don't see any pops

If you installed the app recently, you may be seeing a similar message as the one below:

This means that we haven't stored any event yet, resulting in no pops to show.

We will create pops automatically depending on the integrations you have enabled. However, follow this quick guide to ensure the app is working correctly.

  1. Unarchiving and importing previous orders.

If you have recent orders that are not being displayed, you may want to check if the orders have been archived.

From your Shopify Admin, select the orders you want to display (up to 25 events) and click More Actions > Unarchive Orders.

Come back to the Sales Pop dashboard and refresh the page.

Under the "Pop Events" tab, you should be able to see the orders you just unarchived.

2. Make sure the app is enabled by looking at the toggle on the top right corner of the dashboard:

3. In "Pop Library", you can enable or disable as many integrations as needed:
