Can I get a refund?
Yes! We generally approve refund requests made within a 3-day period after the charge was generated.
Reach out to us and we'll get your refund processed.
Please note that all stores are required to subscribe to a 7-day trial of the Starter Plan (paid) just so that store owners get to test all functions available. On all plans, including the 7-day trial plan, the first 200 Sessions are not billable. If you exceed the 200 Sessions on the trial plan, then you will be charged for the Starter plan ($29) at the end of the trial. When the subscription is not canceled before the trial expires, the $29 charge will be generated.
