How do I hide a customer's name on the Sales Pop Notification?
By default, customers' names are displayed. However, you can choose not to show their name.
From Pop Library, click on "Edit rules & Design" and under "Anonymous First Names" switch the toggle On to anonymize all pops.
If needed, you can change the default text 'Someone' to your own word or phrase by simply changing the text in the designated field.
💡 Note that we cannot identify customers' names for Add to Cart events. The pops from this integration will appear as 'Someone' by default.
